I really hate my life right now. I feel like no matter what I do nothing works. I have good days and bad days and today is definitely one of those very bad days. If anyone would like to talk I'd really appreciate it. I need a helping hand 😕

Sorry to hear you are having a bad day. One thing I can say is that if you keep working on the therapies you've been taught it does get better and you'll find that your bad days aren't so bad any more.

I know it sucks right now because you just want to feel better, but it will happen.

I'm just getting over one of my worst depressive episodes I think I've ever had. Being on this website has really been a positive influence for me the past couple days.

Just remember that anything you could ever feel, someone else has felt it before. And no matter how annoying, hateful and greedy other people can seem, never forget that there ARE people who care about you and want to see you succeed and be happy.

Turn today into a good day. You can do it!!
