Sinking soul"

Does anyone have the feeling while breathing their sinking slowly inside their body to reach the center of one's body & soul ? Or while breathing the pumping of the heart & the movement of the diaphragm are not coordinated but in opposite motion !?

Rafi- Know that the heart and the diaphragm will take care of themselves. Our bodies know what to do to keep us alive. It's when we put too much thought into an autonomic process, we get into trouble and start going against a natural rhythm.

If you are breathing deeply and properly, then you should feel yourself slowly sinking into the center core of your body. Don't fight it, it's all good
