Thankful for kind souls

Even though I may sound like a broken record crying out, so many of you beautiful souls reach out to help me get to a better place. I have some personal things going on right now in which there is no closure yet. All who support me have made me feel brighter and I want to thank you again. I love all of you ❤️

that's what makes this site the best ever that goes for all the forums.people struggling every single day putting aside problems of there own to help others.im sure your words will reach a thousand hearts and minds and make other people see that although we struggle we always have time for others like you are.

I haven't written poetry for years but, you bring out that side of me....You're the first thing I think of everyday, the last thing I recall when sleep takes me away. Did someone say you are in Virginia? I grew up there, in Richmond. My whole family on my mothers side is from Virginia. The only reason I live in California is the love of my life is here. And all but one of our children live here. One son lives in Anchorage. I'd love to hear more about you!

Are you feeling better? Like you, I've found being in a quiet, dark space can be very relaxing. Sometimes, I am in the shower, with only a votive candle to light my way out. I have a darkening curtain over the window just for this. Darkness, quiet, warm running water! For me things just float away. For a while anyway. I used to do this regularly, then put on a terry robe and crawl into bed. Sleep like a baby! I'd forgotten about that! I'm going to revisit it tonight.

Thanks for asking no I’m worse off as I’m now having suicidal ideation and feeling soooo guilty for it as I could never do that to my family. I feel pathetic and in so much pain. I just want it to end. Sounds like a great idea, the shower w/ a candle. I’m resting and later I’ll try it. I used to do that too. My nerves feel so shot, I hope it helps. Best to you!

An idea - When I was using dark spaces, I also listened to quiet music. Today, I'd recommend listening to Susan Boyle's album 'Hope'. She has a beautiful voice and forms the words with care. My husband played it for me yesterday, and I found a lot of comfort. You can find her on YouTube, and Amazon Prime. I'm going to start practicing 'Dark, Quiet, Warm Water, Musical Therapy' again. May it bring you comfort, too. High hopes for you.

Hi! Aww sorry you are feeling the respiratory struggle Hope. My son is doing much better thanks. I’m doing very badly today; a huge amount of anxiety paired with things I really need to do but that I have no motivation for or fear of... things just feel so wrong and I see no way out. I will keep you in my prayers and hoping you get through alright.

A little busier than normal. Preparing to move. Got a lot on my mind. My stress is a little higher than normal itself. But, I would give anything to stop your suffering if I could. No matter how busy I get, I will keep the waves of love, positive vibes, prayers and well wishes flowing your way. You've got tons of people in your corner. We're gonna attempt to drown out your suffering with so many good vibes that you'll have to feel better! Please, please be safe for me. Everyone that talks to you loves you. I'll be thinking about you all day no matter where I'm at and what I'm doing. Sending a kazillion happy vibes your way right now.....

hi I used to have these feelings about life is a test and I was put here by other forms.my head was totally gone back then 9 year ago when my mum died I just couldn't see a way through it all.in the 9 year since ive had about a year all in of being happier in life.for me it will always be a struggle.a struggle im prepared for I hope you are as well as it will get better.it might not be forever happiness as we will always have struggles of some kind but you are a star worth looking up to and you will shine bright again soon.

You listen here, Starrlight! As long as you're kicking and you can talk to me, you're not failing! Life is a test, everyday is a test. But, you put one foot in front of the other and you keep going. You've got plenty to live for. Everytime you feel you're sinking, remember that. I will sit up with you around the clock and talk as long as I have to make sure you know that fact. Don't let your problems cut you off from life. It's said that life is for the living. You're alive, so live it! I want to be able to talk to you everyday because I enjoy it. You can always contact me directly through the member's site. Just click on members and type my name in the proper search box. I will answer whenever I can....That's because the Starrlight I know is a beautiful person wih a beautiful soul. She loves strongly and is willing to help as many others as she can. But, to complete life's journey you must survive until your time is finished. Think of how much good you can do in those extra years. With as much love as a person can send you....
