Hi jessy. I am sorry for you to be struggling with your thoughts. I can understand what you mean, It is anxiety. I have degrees of anxiety in certain situations, and sometimes I also worry about the things I have said to people in general conversation. It isn't anything wrong that I have said, and it hasn't caused any problems to anyone, only me. It is because of anxiety, which at those times is then ocd - obsessive compulsive disorder- and I am left worrying about it, until it passes..I am trying to learn all I can about ocd so that I can best help myself.. I think the body pains you describe may be related to your anxiety. It is the stress of the situation which will then be causing you to feel the pain you experience at those times. You could visit your Doctor and explain to them that you have these pains, and feelings. They will be able to offer you suggestions like cbt - cognitive behaviour therapy- it helps you to change the way you think about things. You can also buy cbt workbooks to do yourself off Amazon. Katie d'Ath does lessons on YouTube which are really helpful.

When we are struggling with our anxiety, it can feel unbearable at those time and we feel as if we can't cope. But there is light at the end of the tunnel, you just have to be strong and reach out for help and support. You have taken a first step by coming on here. You should now talk to a close, trusted friend or family member about how you feel. There is a lot of help available from charity websites.

Finding a therapist, or going to a local support group where there are people going through similar will also help you.. You are not alone. You can feel better and you can get through this!. 🙂 Very best wishes xx

I am not a medical advisor and do not know about specific anxiety medication. But I do understand that it can take a few weeks before it has any affect, and it should be taken regularly and must not be stopped without a medical professionals' approval..

It is good that you have had a two week period of feeling well, whatever medication/ therapy you were having at that time was obviously of great benefit. Accept the support of your mother and those that want to help you. Discuss the options that are available to help you, and have the courage and determination to continue your journey to wellness. It is possible for you to recover for good. Good luck xx
