Hi I'm new to this site but not to anxiety. Has anyone ever had bloating and intestinal contractions? I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy and everything was ok. A bit of gastritis.

I also so have IBS d along with my anxiety. I could own stock in Imodium. lol

I had this yesterday and drank fennel tea. Felt much better in an hour.

Fennel tea is used often in India, they use the fennel seed. You can buy fennel tea in most stores and online.

Thanks I will try it! I love tea but I find the sugar in it upsets my tummy!

There is no sugar in fennel tea, it tastes a bit like black licorice

There is also an IBS site on health unlocked. You may want to look through those posts as well. Has your doctor said you do have IBS?

Yes...I’ve had gastritis many times. I swell and have epigastric pain until it decides to go away. I take Nexium everyday to help keep it away!

Yes!!!! O m g!!! My stomach cramps are agonizing when I get nerved up.
