Hello all. My name is Melissa. I am 28 and have struggled with anxiety, depression, and PTSD for nearly half my life. I am looking forward to socializing with others that share the same burden through this online community.

You are not alone- yep all those in my bag too. Do you see a counselor or take meds or both? How are you feeling these days?

I've seen a counselor in the past, but looking to revisit it. I'm on citalopram and hydroxyzine when needed. I've felt like I've been managing my anxiety ok, but have had issues with cluster headaches/migraines for the last 3 weeks. Last week it was so bad I was at the clinic for 2.5 hrs one day then spent an evening in the ER. A behavioral health provider thinks it's my anxiety manifesting. I've never had headache or migraine issues before. Tomorrow I'm re-visiting my clinic.

Hi Melissa my name is Jenn I to also suffer anxiety panic major depression and PTSD. I been going through this now for one year and 7 months. I'm struggling on a daily basis. I'm starting to forget things like shut off the gas stove, turn off the water, get to appointments days earlier than supposed to.

So please know your not alone in this story whatever your story is. I was impatient and outpatient and realized that we are all there for different concerns but our symptoms are all very much alike. NOT ALONE 😔

Take best care if you doing mindfulness and massage therapist that are good and will be able to assist you.

One of the most frustrating things I have found with anxiety is the forgetfulness. Often I feel like my brain just shuts off or short circuits. I've starting massage therapy in the last week for my headaches and I've found it helpful and relaxing. It's expensive, but worth it so far.
