I've been so suicidal and depressed lately

This is a very serious post, please call the crisis number or 911 if you are in the states. I have taken my night meds and I won't be awake much longer, so I can't stay on line.

PLEASE CALL 911 and the person on the other end will talk to you and get you in touch with a crisis person.

Please talk to someone or call crisis your mind is in a dangerous place. If you don't want to call crisis then atleast talk to someome to vent and help try to calm yourself down. Trust me i've been there alot and know how lonely and scarey thinking like that can be. Just please talk to someone.

hi, how long have you been feeling that way? have you managed to tell anyone else? Its really scary to feel like that and its important you tell someone. if you are in the UK the Samaritans are there 24hrs a day and happy to listen. If you can keep yourself safe till Monday morning ring your GP and ask them for an urgent appointment. If you cant keep yourself safe then ring your crisis team if you have one or go to A&E.
