I need serious help
One thing I can say do not lose hope for family, also pray can help in the try times, I have lots of heath issues like pacemaker at 53 due low heart rate of 32 and the is my second one due when I get up from chair I can pass out
You have great resilience! I applaud you for keeping on track with a psychiatrist for 20 years! I struggle to be consistent
So just like you have had the grace to keep going for those years, more will be available for the new circumstances. Think back to all the times in the past when you wanted to give up, or family couldn't deal with your struggles. You kept going. Family members that may not have been understanding or supportive eventually realized they could walk with you....
We're all afraid of the unknown... Your family may be unsupportive now.... Because they're afraid, maybe even tired. They don't yet realize that the strength to cope with the new circumstances has been freshly supplied - they didn't need it before, s they didn't have it, but now they do and it is available. The same is true for you. New strength has been supplied for you to cope. So don't give up. Take it one moment at a time.
