I am getting a rhinoplasty tomorrow but am having severe anxiety about it (I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder a few months ago). I know that this surgery will make me feel more confident and happy with myself and that I want it badly, but I am TERRIFIED! any advice ??

How did no one answer? 1 the dr likely will sedate you but prior to that, it is your choice not to go through with it for now. Usually they give psych screening before any cosmetic surgery is done. Sending good thoughts- tell us how you are!
