Bless your heart. Hugs. Well, you're not going to be able to go from 100 to 0. But maybe you can try going from 100 to 80 to 60, etc. Baby steps maybe. I have these things I do to calm myself down, when my anxiety level is too high for any person to handle. One of them, is taking a hot shower. There's something about the comfort of the water and going through the motions of doing something that feels normal and routine. You know, like washing your hair. It helps shift my focus. Do you think you could find one thing that holds your focus long enough to give you even a tiny bit of relief from the overwhelming feelings?

my biggest fear is when i feel sick os that am going to die. or maybe i got covid and ill die. or maybe ive an infection and ill die and its constant and cant shut it off. feeling constanly like i cant breathe in proper then being on my own when my husband is in work with the 2 kids am afraid something will haooen me when he is gone. i had to get a neibhour in to me this morning because i took a bad panic attack and just couldnt breathe i was shaking. and the dizziness in my head that i have due to ear pain is getting worst. the only thing that calms me when am this bad is seen a doctor to be reassured doctors no appointments today so thats making me worst. i just didnt think i could get this bad but i was wrong.

Its your amygdala in your brain that has not shut off causing adrenaline to constantly run thru your body making you sick. It can be retrained. Check out a book called "Rewire your anxious brain: How to use the neuroscience of fear to end anxiety, panic and worry"by Catherine Pitman.
