So since I joined, I've read some of the comments on my 1st post and it's just AMAZING to be reassured I'm not alone. Some days I'd feel so alone and that no one could understand that I'd just sit on the floor in my closet. It was like my comfort place.
Recently though, I forgot where, but I read somewhere that we could think of our anxiety as our panicky little friend. So I bought this little stuffed fox that I thought was totally adorbs and have been holding on to it when I feel even a little anxious. I may be too old for stuffed animals but I'd totally recommend it. Keeps me out of my closet.😄
Also, I found a friend who has anxiety and depression too. She that lives in the same city as I. So we've been texting and checking on each other.
