HI, I suffered from anxiety and depression but was able to get over it. I did this by seeing a knowledgeable doctor, and with CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and taking anti-anxiety and anti-depressive meds made it. With the right help, you should be able to recover from your problems. Know that you are not alone. There are millions of people with anxiety disorders. There is no shame to these problems.
