Yes I have. But didn't help. I need to find the right person. I meditate a lot to help me keep balance. But I notice that I am getting worst. Its hard to ask for help or talk to people that don't understand. But I wont give up. Thank you.
From work to bed? Isolated? This is not living, It's a disaster! A recipe for anxiety and depression and so you are entirely normal in this!! This MUST change!!
You've seen what this life brings, now you must change it so that you can live a normal, healthy life. You need to see a counselor and a doctor who knows what he/she is doing. Not the doctor you saw before. You must see some people besides your workplace people, because whomever you do see there, it's not working, it's not enough human contact. A counselor can direct you so that you seek and get these things that you need. He/she will also be someone who is on your side and who supports you in many ways. Who thinks of all the many ways you need to monitor things in your life to be healthy and safe and well balanced.
You need a doctor who's not afraid to prescribe a medicine if that's appropriate for you but not necessarily what you need. To prescribe only if it's what you really need. You may need some tests to make sure you aren't deficient in some vitamins and other things.
I hope you will do these things and get yourself back to a healthy life because right now you are headed for disaster. But you can easily turn this around and keep yourself healthy and happy.
I was a victim of a stalker who almost killed me 5 months ago. After that my anxiety levels are high and I am scared to meet people or talk or trust. A group of womans helped me to recovered and conselor amd I was kind of ok. But now I started to isolate again. I just feel fear of everything and at the same time I dont feel much. I know its a face. But I have the need to suare to find that help from people that can understand what I feel. Thank you.
Can you try to find a hobby? Journaling might help. You might also want to see a counselor.
Your meditation is a good thing but you need other people, too. You need the professionals as well as we, the people who understand depression and anxiety all too well. I'm very sorry to hear about this stalker, that's a very serious threat to your safety. Very scary stuff!! No one can blame you for being cautious after that experience!!!!
You are reacting very normally to your circumstances. It's just a shame your circumstances are so tough right now and for so long. Keep writing to us here where we understand you and please seek the help of professionals asap. You'll be a little worn out but ok if you do those things. blessings upon you!!
