Finding joy in our lives starts with small things. We have to learn to laugh at ourselves
first. Smile at things in the moment. Don't think about the past or the future, they do not
exist. Live in this moment you have in not having too much to complain about.
Embrace those good moments.
I do Meditation where I remove myself from the stresses in my life and go into another
plane of floating and feeling peace of heart and mind. I'm happy you are here with us. xx

CanYouHearMe, Meditation must come from within. It is not an overnight success.
However, with time and patience and open mindfulness, it can be a key to your success.
Meditation is a state of mind and body. The two are a powerful connection. We can't
wish to be calm. It is a slow learning process. My teacher was YouTube. There are many
great videos regarding Meditation & Breathing. Breathing properly is the key. It can
allow us control within a moment. Nothing in Life comes easily. It's a work in progress.

I also struggle with this but I also have ptsd due to past traumas. My anxiety has gotten a bit better just from dealing with past issues. But I have also noticed certain relationships I have had in my life caused me anxiety and I wasn't aware of it. Anger is sometimes disguised as anxiety.Everyone is different but it may be worth exploring.
I am the in the same position. So I get this and understand. I don’t have any solutions, but hoping someone will have some good tips!
