I'm new to the site and I am so glad I found it. I just read an article, "Thoughts, Thoughts, Thoughts" written by 'Accidental_Anxiety, and I was so moved by what I read that I had to become a part of this community and say, "Thank you". I was moved to tears...when someone understands and even acknowledges what you are going through and doesn't make you feel like you are crazy, it is such a wonderful feeling.

Thanks so much for the shout out! I'm here for you. I know how lonely it can feel when anxiety strikes with all its symptoms attached! Just don't stop believing in yourself! All of the symptoms and anxious thoughts are normal given the circumstances! Be easy on yourself and try and take away any self judgement you have on yourself for having anxiety. The nicer you are to yourself and the less power you give to anxiety- the quicker it WILL go away. Good luck ❤️
