The pills don't seem to be helping very much anymore and I haven't exercised in over a month now.... sigh how do you make yourself get up

Hey Fuzzypandaxx! So a trick you can do in waking up on time is setting your alarm for work on your phone and put it in a glass cup. It'll make the noise even louder. Make sure to put it a good distance away, where you can't simply reach out for it. It'll force you to get up in order to turn it off. Another option I've seen that's pretty cool is the clocky alarm clock. Its a small robot, that you set your alarm on. When time, the alarm will sound and the clocky alarm clock, will move around constantly until you get up and stop it . I hope this brings you some luck ^^
OH Do I know this feeling too well. I am not sure how I get up and make it through each day personally. I guess we just have to keep on pushing. I like the alarm in a glass idea!! Having no umph is the absolute WORST. My life is crashing worse each day, so sadly, I have no advice, but know that I DO understand what it is like. Take care!
Try a cold glass of water, or water in general. It helps me get a little umph. I started that because I've read that it may not be us being tired, but dehydrated. It works decent but it really is a struggle to get up 😖 if it was up to me, the day would start at 2pm lol
