my first post

hi, I'm Bob, 31, after very stressful period of my life having bad panic attacks, anxiety, can't sleep, can't focus, unable to feel happiness, nervous, mean :-(, recently I made a great progress only taking valerian pills and I feel I'm stronger now and can advance, for now I'd like to avoid prescription pills, what stress relieving techniques, excersizes which I can do alone do you recommend? I plan to have a Thai massage for the beginning. Thanks for answering, good luck to all.

  • Hi I am a great believer in counselling so have you tried this? You can even do it online but you will probably be charged.

    The other self help things include meditation, yoga and mindfulness. There is lots of info online about these so have a gander.
