Hi! I know what you mean. I let a lot of things bother me too. I have to say for the most part over the years I have gotten better at it. The best thing in mind is not to beat yourself up for it. Everyone worries and if they say they do not then they are not telling you the truth. Over the years I have used the Serenity Prayer to guide my way. God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot do. The courage to change the things I can. And the wisdom to know the difference. I have used it as a tool to work through situations. I also go by the saying One day at a time, but over the years I have changed it to one hour or even minutes at a time.
I am 52 and have been through anxiety and counselling since I was 12. If you need someone to talk to please let me know. God Bless!

Just found out 2months ago having a hard time coping with it. This mintue I am doing well something freak me out and at square one. I cry alot about it because I dont want to go nowhere I feel the vibes to go then I get all anxious What if get a panic attack. My counsellor says I should drop the what ifs.
