What do so many people with anxiety fear it being schizophrenia?

Hi I didn't know they did! But if so then we always tend to think the worse and it's part of being human I guess. It's the same reason why some people with a bad cough are determined it's lung cancer. Health anxiety is very common.

I think it's curious, too! I think lilaclil is onto something. There are so many people with health anxiety I believe that's at least part of it. They are very determined worriers.

I can understand your question. I tend to have that fear also. Among many others. But for me I tend to try to talk myself out of what ever I am worrying about at the moment. And therefore I often worry that I am schizophrenia.
