My only trick is escape, and it gives me a ditch-school for five days, more stress and worries of going back to school. any tips?

My only trick is escape, and it gives me a ditch-school for five days, more stress and worries of going back to school. any tips?
stress can get you real bad if not dealt with. and most certain way of curing is by cutting the cause. so try solving the problems that cause such stressful events to occur. do seek help from someone close to you who can help you practically and not just leave you with advice. Remember:talking helps. and if you homework and school is a problem then seek help from your classmates, preferably the intelligent and the sweetest one i say. and try not to ditch school cz ur just letting the load increase. solve one issue a day. start with less and then slowly increase ur boundaries. start with an hour a day. and when your feeling stressful, get some fresh air to get the stuff that s stressing you off your mind. and you cant listen to music, read books, probably dance to get it all out, exercise, and even have a hot water bath! if you have to then surely pamper yourself too!! and stay healthy i say. hope this is helpful!
