The sun is out and the world is singing but me? I am buried in my own sea of worry. I am hoping the day will speed up so that the rough bumps will be behind me already.
One of the most positive things that I do at a time like this is to read. I love reading juvenile fiction. So I am going to do that! Yes!
I love having folks to talk to all over the world! Wonderful!

Are you in the US or UK as I noticed you mentioned insurance companies & they are part of your STD decision!?!
You said the sun is shining & and the world is singing, but you are buried in your own sea of worry!! Have you thought about try to swim to the edge of the water where the worry is a little less deep! This may allow you to take one day, one step, and one worry at a time, making your daily worry & burden a little lighter for yourself!?!
I know it's not easy, I have suffered with Anxiety & Depression for over 30 years now! And I've had a bit of a bumpy ride on the rollercoaster of life on the way, so I do know & understand that it is not easy, and neither is picking one to deal with at a time, as each one feels as scary as the other! I understand that!
I know you said you want the day to race pass, so that you are hoping that the day's bumps will have passed already! Sorry to say but this doesn't tend to happen unless we take part in dealing with trying to hep challenge at least one issue or thought a day! Often we may need help with this & guidance how to manage our lives around these issues!
It's good to have methods of distraction such as your juvenile magazines or reading other books or magazines!
But it's also important that we deal with our issues rather than avoiding our issues and burying our heads! Is there any support groups near where you live or a bus ride away? Or a therapist that you could go to for support? I'm not saying you have to do anything, but getting as much support as you can to face these demons that have become part of your daily life, so you actually feel part of life again, and have a life that you can start to be able to learn to manage day by day! You have the sites you are member of, can you find a therapist online, Via Skype, or even by telephone!
