Hello, I'm new here and i'm just trying to get a feel for everything. I lost my dad to cancer in July 2016 to cancer and it has really hit me with anxiety it will come and go and the flash backs of that day standing there by his side watching him take his last breathe.

So sorry to hear about your loss and this unfortunate anxiety your having from this experience. What has been my anxiety resources lately are videos by TealSwan, she talks in debt about why you panic and how to control them. Please listen to her when you have some quiet time. Warm regards😌
