I have had anxiety my whole life but it hasn't really hindered me until recently. I went through stuff with my boyfriend and it triggered a whole new side to my anxiety. I wake up with attacks and have them throughout the day. It is really exhausting ans draining and I don't know what to do. I want to talk to my boyfriend about them but it's hard because he has depression, so my anxiety is stressful on him and he gets drained and I get more anxious. It is a vicious cycle and I don't know what to do. How do I talk to him?

Why don't you ask around for a good psychiatrist and a good counselor and make appointments with each and THEN tell your boyfriend about them? That way you're not putting pressure on him to solve your problems. And if he hasn't gotten any of these professionals for himself, he can see how you like yours and make appointments for himself if you do like yours. He needs the same professionals you do. Then you can go together if you get appointments one after the other and talk about how yours went and have each other to support yourselves.
I have GAD--generalized anxiety disorder--- which is a lifetime disorder but it's controlled with an anti-anxiety drug and also depression controlled with 2 drugs. I live a peaceful and happy life. So you don't have to be a victim of these things. You can live an almost normal lifetime.
Chances are you both need some kind of medication and you can support each other as you try out the medications. I see this as a good thing and both of you can avoid the loneliness that usually happens because people typically go through this alone. But you have each other! You can get well together! I wish you all the best life can bring.
