hey guys, its my first time in a support group and i never really thought there was something like this. ive never really considered my condition as serious but ive had it. i remember sometime back, we used to go to my aunts house and whenever we got the i would just start hyperventilating. it was obvious that the dogs are what would make me nervous but even afterwards, i would still be uncomfortable.

I think this group is a God send. Plan ahead, if you can about your activities. I had the same thing with cats for many years after I've attacked me. It was awful, but I worked through it. Hang in there, get professional help. We are rooting for you!
