Good for you for coming here straight away. I suggest you make an appointment with your doctor to ask about it. It's a stressful world and one anxiety attack does not an anxiety disorder make. Don't worry about having another one, it very well could have been a one-time thing. Happens all the time.

I agree with kinikia95. Don't worry about it because worry won't accomplish anything. Do see your Doctor and tell him or her about it and see what he/she recommends you do.
