Hi Sadie! i just came across your post and am surprised there were no responses. One thing that has been extremely frustrating for me in accepting my anxiety is that sometimes (maybe even most times) I get anxious for 'no reason'. I understand there is likely lots going on in my brain that I'm not aware of, but it's still frustrating. Thanks for sharing your post - if you ever feel like chatting let me know.
