Problems with the tracker

Hi I have been having problems with the active 10 tracker just recently it stopped working and I ended up uninstalling it and installing it again hence I lost all that I had done over the years. Anyone else have this problem

my app isn’t working properly either it told me I’d walked for 4 minutes the other day when I’d done a 40 minute walk

soo annoying! It must be devastating, but just know that even if all badges are list, your achievements are not. You walked all that!

The app seems to have become a bit unstable. I do use other apps in combination with the Active10 app. (Runkeeper and the StepsApp)

It was annoying as I had gone out with a walking group and we had done a 5 .5 mile walk and when I checked my phone it wouldn't open and it was like that for a couple of days until decided to uninstall and install again. It has happened before but come back on. Very unstable I have a pedometer in my pocket as well. Do you do the thousand mile challenge in country walking magazine just a bit of fun to see how far you go in a year.
