Two walks to report... E was for Excellent, and F, today was for...

...fields, flowers and fungi.

A day at Stafford hospital, yeterday. with Mr OF, with gorgeous grounds, green spaces and glorious Autumnal trees.

A welcome breather, walking whilst waiting..daughter keeping me company and supporting all the way .

Today...a much needed run, with a long walk after.. a Sunday silence, apart from birdsong...

Deserted lanes and empty fields, filled only with beauty and growth... my majestic tree opening it's huge branch arms to greet me as it always does..

I walk. I think, I try to assimilate ...I breathe in strength from the very roots of the trees...if they can stand strong.. then so may I.

We have walked a fair bit these last two days Annieapple ....and I am loving skysue16 's alphabet walks...aren't you?
