I joined today as I love walking and I've signed up to lots of challenges throughout the year with different charities. It keeps me moving and I can hopefully raise a few pounds.

Our challenges don’t have any fancy medals but they keep us talking about our walking, and thus get us out there…. May I say they are a great nudge 😉 to get us out the door! Latest is here: healthunlocked.com/active10...
