🍏 All weather walker?

We were away in beautiful Keswick this weekend celebrating my hubby’s birthday. It was pouring with rain most of the time but there were breaks in the weather here & there! I may be a mostly all weather runner, but definitely not an all weather walker! However it’s so changeable sometimes… one sets off in a break & then a few minutes later it’s tipping it down again. The beauty around us however is glorious in any weather & worth all the pain of a downpour! Enjoy your walks everyone!

oh golly yes! I may run if it’s a little drizzly…but wouldn’t walk in it at all!

I'm a fair weather walker, cold I can deal with, wind mostly, unless it's wind-chill strong.But rain ? no thanks, I'll sit it out n wait till tomorrow.

Nice photos btw, Keswick is beautiful. Visited many yrs ago.

beautiful scenery but I’m with the rest definitely a fair weather walker, partner thinks if you’ve got the gear nothing stopping you enjoying the rain, but not me.

Beautiful photos - what a wonderful part of the UK, but then most of the UK has it's merits I believe 🙂

I am breaking the mould here, be neither a wet weather runner or walker. I will begrudingly take out the dogs in the rain, but I cannot say I'm doing it for the joy of it but rather beacuse having three dogs all weighing in excess of 45kg in the house with cabin fever is never an enjoyable thing 😬

I must admit that if it's chucking it down outside, the trusty old Walking Pad gets folded down and I do my steps on there. It's a beautiful view out the window over the rolling hills of Wales, and I don't have to get soaked to enjoy it!

🍏🤣 taking out 3 dogs in the rain & sorting them afterwards is no mean feat either! Oh those rolling hills of Wales are incredibly beautiful! We were there a few years back..
