I recently had a milestone birthday and decided it's time to get active. A change in my job means I'm now sitting all day whereas I used to be on my feet and consequently move around way more than I do now. I read about Active 10 in a magazine and decided to give it a go. Initially I wasn't achieving Active 10's most if not all days but for the last month or so I've knuckled down and get an Active 10 every day and recently clocked up 500 minutes.
