It's been a tough couple of days for me, so many things going wrong this week but it's all coming together now. My neighbour is loving our walks and today we went that bit further and that bit faster. We are both beginning to feel the benefit too.

Another good walk with your neighbour Sola, further and faster, wow, both of you will soon be power walking 🚶 I think you said you and your neighbour were starting C25K on Sunday, good luck.
Yes, I'll run it with her, she's quite nervous, I'll probably run on a bit unless I find her slow is my fast, on today's walk I sprinted up one side of the railway bridge then walked back to meet her
it’s good to do walking as well as running , mix it up a bit. Lovely photo . I wish I could get my speed up on walking again, no chance , tried but still hurts. It’s good you have company for the C25K as well 🚶♀️🏃♀️
it’s such a great feeling when your body adapts to a specific exercise. Well done! Hope it balances your week’s tough moments with some very rewarding sights, sounds and chats.
Walking is so much easier than running…much less faff. Lace up your trainers and out the door.
2 mile walks used to be my favourite to drive to when I started…but I also have a range of circular options from my front door, up the hill and around the estate…from a 10 minute quickie to clear my head up to a good hour or so.
Yes I've been walking in jeans, no having to change, I'm looking forward to see how Sunday goes too, my neighbour might prefer to stick to walking after Sunday but I'm happy either way, I'll do both
