The rehab continues!

I rang rehab this morning but they haven't got back to me yet so went on my 40 minute walk.I have changed the route slightly but I know these roads so well from my running that I know exactly how far I'm going and how long it will take to get back .

What I don't want is to finish the 40 minutes and still be far from home .

Anyway the route worked well and the walk was comfortable!

Even did my good deed for the day !

There was a post office van coming out of a junction and he turned right , just up the road on the left there was an elderly lady on crutches clutching a letter , she was saying something to me but I couldn't hear with my music so crossed the road to see if she was ok!

She was cursing the post office van which she hoped would turn left so she could give him her letter .

So I offered to post it for her as I knew there was a post box on my way home .

So, another 40 minutes done and it's actually nice to see my vo2max coming up again.

And now I can actually feel the difference.

Ok, time for lunch ๐Ÿ˜Š

Sounds like the walking is doing the trick Ian. Well done, and well done on being a good samaritan and posting that letter. I very much doubt the post office van would stop for you around here
