A couple more 45 minute walks

Yesterday was another 45 minute walk following the same route as the previous days so I didn't take any pictures but at least I didn't get soaked on this one !It felt a little tougher than my previous walk but I think because I had been to a physio appointment the evening before and was shown some more exercises and some back strength training with kettle bells and then I didn't have the best night's sleep either , ahh well .

So today I actually hadn't planned a walk but needed to make a GP appointment.

So went into town as I couldn't get an answer on the phone , only to find the GP was closed for 1 hour for lunch so I left my car there and did my 45 minute walk around Oswestry instead πŸ™‚

Luckily when I got back I was able to make an appointment And actually saw a GP within 20 minutes.

So an unplanned walk today but pleased to be keeping my activity up even if my foot was a little sore at first.

sometimes the unplanned walks are the best. A bit like me today an early walk at 6.30am and the other with Mr D later on. Too nice for staying in house.

GP closed for lunch?... πŸ™„ At least you turned that into a positive. My walk today was to the dentists and back, thankfully dodging the torrential downpours

Ah, kettlebells! That’s great πŸ˜ƒ. Your day sounds very fruitful and I’m pleased you didn’t get soaked again. The one thing about this rain is everything looks so lush at the moment, and a joy to walk through. 😊
