Me and aMr D decided to go a walk after housework which I’ve got Mr D giving me a hand with the heavy hoovering. Went past the cemetery , along the daffodil walk which runs for a mile which was planted for Marie Curie. Bill Mclaren the rugby commentator who died started the first walk a few years ago now. It finished just past the local hospital. We went along the main road , cars going too far, then to the train station and bsck sling the path turning towards home. Woodpecker making some noise , and saw a new lamb for first time this year , plenty of horses. Quite raw and cold to start with but warmed up. Back home for lunch baked potato and sitting with ice gel pack on back, wouldn’t say it was an easy walk but not giving in sitting about.
enjoy your weekend 😊

Beautiful. And difficult to read how long it’s taking your back to get better. So challenging! Are there others on Health Unlocked with that condition? It must be so frustrating to be held back by it, as your fitness is generally so excellent.
Thank you. Mr D said it will take time, and for someone so active it’s hard. At least I can get a good nights sleep and it’s good in the morning but once on movement, that’s when it starts. I will get there have to be more patient.
