Did my early walk . Walked along the bypass main road for about 4 km then passed the loch , ducks and swans coming to life. Went past trading estate and went along the river and passed a couple of joggers , nice and calm , passed the bowling club and down to the river again and the passed my horsey pals in field and onto to the abbey. Back into our town , after 9 km and jogged around the grassy park next to school to make up to 10km. Back for breakfast with Mr D who had ran 5 km but in pain 🙁all the way around on his jog/walk with his hamstring tendonopathy. Cooler now than was early no heatwave yet. Enjoy your weekend 😊

Oh no, pain is not good! Hope Mr D will be ok!

Sounds like you had a much nicer 10k! Sounds great.

Good walk for you today Doris8, sorry about Mr D, I hope that injury heals soon, 10K walk in 95 minutes is very good but you do admit that you jogged a little around the park, well done.

This morning as normal on a Sunday morning at this time of the year I went for a short 🚴 cycle ride..
