We’re looking for existing Active 10 mobile app users to take part in a quick research study to help us improve the app and support more people move more.

I would have been willing to help but it is impossible to log in to HU on my phone (I normally use laptop). Won't accept my password, claims to send a password reset email which never arrives. I've lost interest now!

Are you trying to log in via a web browser or with the HU app?

I have just taken the survey and was then redirected onto a site asking about rewards points and future points. To be honest I find this a little distasteful

Just for anyone else reading this, the extra questionnaire at the end is not on another site, and it is asking a few questions about what you think about having your Active 10s converted to reward points with Boots etc - you do not have to answer the questions if you prefer not to!

Not upset roseabi but thank you. I think its great that our forums and members have and share balanced views
