How does Active 10 get its data for active minutes? The app is installed on my phone but I don’t carry this with me constantly. I wear a Fitbit to record my activity levels so don’t take my phone with me when exercising. The app does not recognise that I have been doing active minutes. Do I have to take the phone with me??

I am afraid you do. The app uses the sensors in your phone to compute an active 10
Yep!

If you use Fitbit that’s fine. Not taking the phone on a walk is a good idea if you want to reduce phone usage. I need to reduce screen time and this is one way to do it!
