I have been using Active 10 for about a month on my Android phone. I find that the performance of the app is erratic. While I like the app, at times it does not correctly record the time of brisk walk. Sometimes even with 11+ minutes per km it will record as brisk & sometimes even with <10 min per km it will not record as brisk. It is annoying and deprives me of my justified rewards which are essential for motivation to go on.

I am so sorry you have been having problems. This is an ongoing issue that they are desperately trying to sort out but so far the resolution seems to elude them. We are hoping the next update will sort out all the glitches, as you say the idea is a great one and very beneficial for you. We work on the motivational side of things on this forum and don’t have any input into the app.
