A couple of times this week active 10 has not recorded my walk or nt recorded from the start. I am walking well in excess of 3mph. The phone is an Huawei P9

I’m sorry you are having trouble as far as I am aware they are working on the glitches and we are expecting a new roll out soon. We don’t get all the information on here about the app as we are here to support and motivate. Well done on that speed of yours that is a great walking pace.
