About Active 10 PHE

Hey guys, I chose to share my story with the Active 10 organisers. After sending them an email, a lovely lady named Simone called me and we talked about my experience with the Active 10 programme. They want to use our stories to encourage others to get involved and get fitter and healthier. And you can be anonymous! We all need a little push sometimes to start an exercise programme - ha ha it took me 10 years to find this forum and get inspired! Please think about getting involved in inspiring others to join us!

Hi runswithdogs! They are going to have a huge advertising campaign later in the year and want to share our stories to encourage everyone to get involved - from people like me (starting from almost 0 minutes) to those who are super fit! And they are happy to have you just use your first name or be anonymous. I'm feeling good about getting in touch - it's kind of like doing community service. I found this forum by mistake, so it will be good to let people know about the programme!
