Getting ready for tomorrow

Well I think I am all set. I’ve done my distances in training and I am eating my pasta, now all I have to do is go out and complete a Half Marathon tomorrow. I am staying away from parties today. What with the wedding and cup final I am sure there will be some with hangovers tomorrow on the start line. I take the distance seriously and aim to be as rested as I can and full of the right fuel. The aim is the first 5km run/walk, then transition into full race walking for the rest of the 21.1km.

Active 10 has been great for helping me get into my pace stride and stay there.

I hope you all having a great weekend

Happy walking to you all.
