A walk to the library and then in the park.

Sounds like a great walk with a lovey purpose.

Hi Realfoodieclub, I needed to return a book and had the time for a walk so it worked out.

I'm so envious of your glorious sunshine - really good walking weather!

Hi kay50, I hope that you are doing well. Keep moving.

Thanks svgeeks! I had to go to the chiropractor today, so I walked there and caught the bus back. Didn't feel up to walking back after a treatment, but I'm happy with the 2200 steps I did! Just got back so I'm having a cuppa!

A cuppa is good for the soul. Have fond memories of having a few over the week that I once spent in London. Basement of one of the fancy department stores on Oxford Street near Marble Arch.
