Walked to Stanford University to attend a talk by a Korean academic about the experiences of returning Korean-ethnic migrants from NZ to Korea. A free lunch was an added attraction.

Got a bit wet from a very welcome light rain on the way back.

Hi Realfoodieclub, they served two kinds of salad, two kinds of pasta, and cookies. It was good.
Gosh - a walk, a talk and a lunch! It's all good! Thanks for the pic - I think Rodin's one of the greatest sculptors ever, but it's a long time since I visited his museum. I might just have to pop over the channel this summer.
My wife and I vacationed in Seoul, Korea last year. Wonderful city and country. Got to tour the DMZ right up to the edge. Similarly, all four of us spent ten days in NZ in 2015. So a talk about two places that have a soft spot in my heart was very welcome. Incidentally, I am proud of having eaten fish and chips every day while I was in NZ.
Oh svgeeks, it must have brought back good memories of happy holidays! Our local chippy closed down at the end of last year, so you're making my mouth water!
