Hi Debs1967 - it's very difficult to answer your question, because everyone's different! I'm in my sixties and I have a problem with mobility now. My exercise of choice was always aqua size, but our leisure centre closed the pool for renovation. What a blessing in disguise! It led me to this forum! I started walking 7 months ago and have been watching my diet for about 3 months. In that time I have increased my steps more than tenfold (ok I'm only up to 3000!) and have lost 24 lbs. But that's me - it may be different for you! Whatever you choose to do, it needs to be challenging but achievable. I do hope you will give walking a try - we'll be here to support and encourage every step of the way!
Hi kay thanks for support I loose 2 pounds then put it back on like yoyo scales go up. Im 50 now have been doing aalking did 13000 steps saturaday but only 4000 today as work in nursery very stressful at moment I want loose 2 stone to start with
If you stay as motivated as you are now you can do it!
