Thanks for all the support!

Well, I managed 790 steps yesterday - woefully few, but I am not giving up! Without the support of this group I would most probably still be curled up on the sofa. So thanks everyone!

keep on keeping on, think about what the steps you have done, no the ones you haven't done. Sounds like brilliant determination.

You're right Ceals - your advice (think about the steps you have done) is still in my head. What a wonderful mindset! Thanks for giving me that positive slant on life!

It is a great start, you know the drill slow and steady, you'll get back up there again. Look after yourself. Rfc x.

You too Rfc

Brilliant - keep it up! I often struggle to get my steps in but the feeling when I do is great! Slow but sure wins my race - and hopefully yours too 👟👟🙂

Thanks Kath - it's people like you who give me the incentive to start again!

I must admit some days I barely do any steps to speak of, but the gap in activity allows me to do more the next day! You've done really well today I see - I agree just to take it easy as you don't want undo any healing. I suffered from sciatica following inactivity after an op a while back and remember adding more steps each day and being able to walk through the discomfort so keep on keeping on! x

Thanks for sharing that. I kinda think we individuals in this group are like bricks in a wall - we all hold each other up!
