I am walking for to be healthy and happy

I have been walking for so many years on the hill behind my house in pune.

5to 6 mns in the early morning 5.30 a.m and 3 kms in the evening

As I had mentioned in my earlier post , it did not helped in weight loss process, because my diet was a bad diet ...

After following the LCHF diet and walking as mentioned above, I could reduce nearly 28 to 30 pounds so far.

Hence , walking and following good balanced diet is a today's mantra for healthy lifestyle...

Hence I walk and walk.....
