Starting "zolodex" or Gnhr injections

After months of arguing to get an appointment i got a cancellation last min yay! So she has suggested starting the Zolodex injections as my cries for a hysterectomy are ignored again, but honestly i think at this point if she said try licking windows i would give it a go! lol

Just wondering if anyone has any advice on how to cope on these and if they helped at all? Thank you =) xx
