Anyone have any advice?

Worried. Last week I started the pill, mini pill to be exact. I started it on what I assumed was my period (first day) as I had heavy bleeding and blood clots (I usually get blood clots on period so nothing too unusual) since taking the pill I have been having PMS symptoms as if i’m still on my period, bleeding and slight pelvic pain. Mind you my periods usually only last a few days. I usually get a dull ache during ovulation. I’m worried because I’ve been googling and worst case scenario keeps popping up. Have a doctors appointment next week but wondered if anyone experienced anything similar. I’m 24 for context. Never taken the pill before so wondering if it’s messing with my body
