Everol Conti patch

I’ve been pretty healthy up to the stage of menopause where I really struggle. Started taking HRT two months ago where symptoms improved to my relief but the HRT side effects relate to very mild symptoms of heart attack (confirmed by NHS services). Reduced the patch by half todays ago. Should I cut down to a quarter patch or can anyone recommend a better HRT to start after this episode? been trying to get an appointment with the same GP following inadequate service from other practitioners.

Heart attack symptoms- do you mean pain, or palpitations? Don’t they suggest a minimum of three months to let your body adjust to HRT? I can’t advise what’s right for you but menopause matters is a good website for info.
